President - Christen Clark
Christen is a passionate animal advocate and the President of 4R Animals, where she supports the well-being of shelter animals in Rangely, Colorado. Dedicated to improving their lives and finding them loving homes, she strives to make a positive impact for animals in need. Christen independently ran a spay/neuter project for dogs in Guam to help address the overpopulation of stray and feral dogs on the island. She is passionate about responsible pet ownership and encourages everyone to spay and neuter their pets!
Secretary - Kelly Christian
Kelly’s love of animals started as a child growing up on a ranch in the North Fork Valley of Colorado where she developed a strong connection to large and small animals and a sense of responsibility for their care. Her childhood experiences of rescuing and rehabilitating animals have shaped her ongoing commitment to helping animals in need.
Kelly's volunteer work at the animal shelter and her efforts to secure funding for programs like spay & neuter initiatives and medical care underscore her passion for improving the lives of shelter animals. Her networking efforts with shelters across Colorado highlight her dedication to building a supportive community of organizations working toward the same goal.
Treasurer - Linda Farney
Linda spent over a decade working at the Rangely Animal Shelter, where she gained valuable experience in animal care and rescue. She has personally transported animals across the country to their new homes, ensuring they get a fresh start. Linda is passionate about educating new dog owners on the adoption process and the importance of giving dogs time to adjust to their new environments.
